THE FE 7on7 was created by Iron Sharpens Iron Football to achieve its goals to teach life skills to young athletes in the areas of team building, communication, nutrition, social media usage/personal branding, community service, personal accountability, the importance of education, and college readiness. The sports of Football and 7on7 are two of the vehicles ISI  uses to teach these skills.
